Does anyone know where in Wisconsin the $110 Million Canadian National announced July 2nd it will spend in 2025 on improvements will actually be spent?

CN announced on July 2 that its investing $110 million in Wisconsin for 2025, focusing on track maintenance , crossing upgrades and infrastructure improvements. About $3.5 million will go to equipment, and around $1.5 million is set for Stevens Point yard, but they haven't shared details on other specific locations yet. If you want to know exactly where the rest is going, checking with CN or the Wisconsin Rail Commission might be the next step.
