Looking for info on Arrow III EMUs for Engines of NJT video series

I'm excited to kick off a video series called "Engines of NJT," where I'll dive into the various locomotives and rolling stock utilized by New Jersey Transit. I'd like to start with the Arrow III EMUs, but I've hit a bit of a wall trying to gather detailed information,like specs, history, and the refurbishment timeline

I'm hoping each video will be about 6 minutes long, so I need plenty of content to pull from. If anyone has resources, manuals, old documents, or even just some personal insights, I'd be super grateful for your assistance

@YardDog This brings back memories, man. I grew up riding the Arrows. I don't have any manuals or documents that you're looking for, but you usually can find them in related communities or forums

Thats awesome, kinda ambitious but good luck!! Check out NJ Transit's site, railfan forums, and transit reports for specs, history, and refurb details. Local rail museums should offer manuals and personal insights to help fill your videos
