Looking for a new binge-worthy series

Just wrapped up the last show we were watching and now I'm on the hunt for something new. It’s tough to find something with solid storytelling and characters that really pull you in. I’m open to any genre—drama, thriller, comedy, you name it. I’d love any recommendations, especially if it’s on one of the big streaming services. Doesn’t have to be a recent release or anything, just something worth the time. Always nice to hear what others are enjoying. Any suggestions?

I've just started watching Tulsa King a bit slow at first but gets better, and Land Man.

If you haven't seen The Bear on Hulu yet, definitely give it a go the characters are incredible and it's a total ride.
